👋 Hi! I’m a design ops guy that loves building fun, cross-functional, and collaborative teams.
Goals & KPIs
I really enjoy helping design teams move the needle in these areas:
❤️ Satisfaction
What quality of life improvements can we make to the way we work? How can we improve our interactions with our XFN stakeholders?
🚢 Velocity
How many projects or features are we able to ship per month? How can we lift this?
📆 Efficiency
How many hours per week do we spend in meetings? Are there ways of reducing this time? What stops you from doing your job?
🙋♂️ Transparency
Are we being transparent with our partners? Do we have a clear roadmap to work towards? Are we creating accountability in how we work?
🎨 Quality
How are we performing as a team? Do we show good ‘product thinking’? How’s our ‘UX Design’? Do we show strong ‘UI Design’?
